Welcome to SBIRT Program Evaluation Portal
The purpose of this evaluation is to examine the impacts of Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) training on health professions students by studying changes in attitudes, knowledge, and skills related to SBIRT as well as barriers and facilitating factors in the implementation of the SBIRT training program. The data for the evaluation will be collected through various means including online surveys, weekly log, and video-recordings.

CHHD Students
- Username is first part of your official CSUF e-mail. Enter the only the first part that comes before the @csu.fullerton.edu. Leave off the @csu.fullerton.edu portion.
- Password is the same as you set for your CSUF e-mail account.
- Domain: Student will leave the domain set on ACAD
CHHD Faculty
